The journey behind the work
Twenty years of listening, teaching and learning how the human mind finds its way back to calm.

Rooted in stillness
Kalden’s path began early. Her father introduced her to yoga and meditation as a young girl, planting a lifelong curiosity about how body, breath and mind work together.
Over more than two decades she has worked as a coach, writer, speaker and entrepreneur, guiding thousands of people — from professionals and founders to students and homemakers — through seminars, courses, one-to-one coaching and teacher training.
Her style is playful and unconventional, yet deeply practical: simple tools, honest conversations and the courage to look at what is really going on inside.
Along the way she created the Akanishtha International Academy (AIA) to train others to carry this work into their own communities, and wrote The 7 Life Skills for everyone who was never taught how to understand their own mind.
Three beliefs
Awareness first
Nothing changes until we see what is happening inside us — without judgement.
Simple beats complicated
Tools should fit into a real, busy life, not compete with it.
No one grows alone
Community, teachers and honest conversation make change last.
