Overview

What this is

The Akanishtha International Academy (AIA) Mind Training Teacher (MTT) Program was developed by Kalden Doma from 20 years of experience. It blends ancient and modern perspectives on mental and physical wellbeing.

You will learn the skills and techniques to lead MTT classes through lectures, interactive discussion and real-world practice. There are no formal education requirements — the main requirement is a desire to raise mental and physical health awareness.
